My name is Cleve Björknesjö and I am a seasoned professional from Sweden with over 40 years of experience in the global meat industry. I have worked in various slaughterhouses across Brazil and have 10 years of experience as CEO of a horse meat slaughterhouse in Pelotas, Brazil. Today I work with a variety of premium meat products, including lamb from Patagonia, beef and horse meat from Brazil. My extensive background in the industry has given me a great network of contacts throughout South America, Europe and Asia. And with a deep understanding of the intricacies of meat production and processing, I can ensure that every cut of meat I export is of the utmost quality.
